Periodo de Prueba. El concepto favorable de que trata el artículo 35 del Decreto 1790 de 2000, será´ emitido por la Junta Clasificadora de cada Fuerza, con base en el concepto enviado a los Departamentos o Direcciones de personal por los Comandantes respectivos, dentro del mes siguiente al cumplimiento del periodo de prueba o cuando por deficiencia, falta de adaptación y de condiciones para el desempeño en el cargo, así´ lo amerite.
