Aprobar el curso modelo OMI 3.19 en protección marítima en las instituciones avaladas por la Dirección General Marítima, los cursos realizados en el exterior deberán ser homologados por la Autoridad Marítima Nacional. (Decreto 0730 de 2004 artículo 23)
