El Consejo Directivo Regional de Televisión reglamentará la tramitación interna de las peticiones que le corresponda resolver a la Sociedad y la manera de atender las quejas por el mal funcionamiento de los servicios a su cargo, señalando para ello plazos máximos según la categoría o calidad de los negocios. Dichos reglamentos no comprenderán los procedimientos especiales señalados por las leyes para el trámite de asuntos al cuidado de la entidad y deberán someterse a la revisión y aprobación de la Procuraduría General de la Nación.
