Son funciones de la Sección de Organización y Métodos:

Efectuar los estudios y recomendaciones tendientes a mejorar, cambiar o establecer métodos de trabajo que simplifiquen procedimientos y a perfeccionar la organización general del Ministerio;

Adelantar los estudios necesarios para elaborar los reglamentos administrativos del Ministerio;

Analizar, diseñar e implementar las diferentes formas de papelería a ser utilizadas en el Ministerio;

Elaborar los manuales de procedimientos.
