Los contratos que celebren los Fondos Rotatorios deben contener las cláusulas que sobre garantías, caducidad administrativa y reclamaciones diplomáticas la Ley exige para los del Gobierno. La declaratoria de caducidad, llegado el caso, se hará por el Gerente del respectivo Fondo.
