ARTICULO 2.1.2.1.18 . DEPOSITO EN FAVOR DE TERCEROS. Cuando se haya hecho un depósito de ahorros por una persona que haya pagado de acuerdo con los términos de dicho contrato en fideicomiso para otra, y no se haya dado al banco otro aviso posterior escrito de la existencia y condición de un fideicomiso legal y válido, en caso de muerte del fideicomisario, el depósito o cualquier parte de él, junto con sus intereses, podrá ser pagado a la persona para la cual fue hecho el depósito.
