Reglamento interno. Los ciudadanos seleccionados para fines de capacitación y entrenamiento en las unidades militares o policiales de reserva, les será aplicado el reglamento interno que establezcan las Fuerzas Militares y Policía Nacional para las unidades de reserva, sin perjuicio de la aplicación de las normas de la jurisdicción ordinaria.
