°. Los alumnos reprobados en el examen de cultura general conforme a las disposiciones contenidas en este Decreto, no podrán presentar nuevo examen, sino después de pasado un año. Tampoco podrán ser matriculados, ni siquiera con carácter condicional o en calidad de asistentes, en ninguna de las Facultades oficiales o privadas, ni solicitar nuevo examen ante otro Consejo Examinador.
