Liquidación de la Red. Una vez cumplido el término de cinco (5) años previsto en el artículo transitorio 46 de la Constitución Política, la Red de Solidaridad Social entrará en proceso de liquidación, el cual se efectuará conforme al procedimiento que para efecto establezca mediante decreto el Gobierno Nacional.
