Cuando se necesite de testimonio de un Ministro o Agente Diplomático de nación extranjera, o. de una persona de su comitiva o familia, se le pasará copia de lo conducente para que, si él lo tiene a bien, declare por medio de certificación jurada, o permita declarar en la misma forma a dicha persona. La nota se dirigirá por conducto del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. Si el testimonio fuere de sirviente o doméstico, se solicitará permiso del Ministro o del Agente por conducto del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y, una vez obtenido se procederá en la forma ordinaria.
