Art. 10. Los alumnos que, costeados particularmente, entren con carácter de supernumerarios, no quedan con obligación de servir al Gobierno como Maestros de Escuela oficial, pero en caso de que acepten ó soliciten la dirección de alguna, tendrán las mismas prerrogativas que los demás Maestros graduados.
