El Banco Popular estará exento de los impuestos nacionales de renta y complementarios por un término de diez (10) años, a partir de la sanción de esta Ley, lo mismo que del impuesto de timbre sobre los pagarés que suscriba a favor del Gobierno Nacional conforme al artículo 4° de esta misma Ley
