El Banco Ganadero y los Bancos Comerciales dispondrán de plazo de un año a partir de la vigencia de la Ley 26 de 1959 (mayo 25), para cumplir, por doceavas partes, con lo dispuesto por los artículos 50 y 60 del presente Decreto, en cuanto al porcentaje que no tuvieren prestado en dicha fecha.
