º. Para los efectos previstos en el artículo 4º del Decreto 2360 de 1993, las instituciones financieras deberán exigir a las entidades territoriales y a sus entidades descentralizadas la constitución de garantías admisibles suficientes, cuyo valor mínimo debe corresponder al 150% del valor total del servicio del crédito otorgado.
