ARTICULO 7o. Director . El director del ICETEX es agente del Presidente de la República, de su libre nombramiento y remoción, y tendrá, además de las funciones previstas en el ley 3155 de 1968 y las demás que la ley y los estatutos le asignen, la de celebrar, por delegación del Presidente de la República, los contratos de que trata el artículo 355 de la Constitución Política, con sujeción a la reglamentación respectiva.
