Las Personas Indicadas En El Artículo Anterior, Deberán Acreditar Ante La Superintendencia Nacional De Importaciones El Cumplimiento De Todas Las Condiciones Y Requisitos Que Establecen Los Decretos 390 De 1957, 065 Y 084 De 1958

º. Las personas indicadas en el artículo anterior, deberán acreditar ante la Superintendencia Nacional de Importaciones el cumplimiento de todas las condiciones y requisitos que establecen los Decretos 390 de 1957, 065 y 084 de 1958.

Parágrafo

Verificado por la Superintendencia Nacional de Importaciones, si las peticiones cumplen con los requisitos indicados en los Decretos 390 de 1957, 065 y 084 de 1958, y presentada la solicitud dentro del término indicado en el artículo 2 del presente Decreto, la Junta Directiva de la Superintendencia Nacional de Importaciones podrá otorgar su aprobación a las respectivas solicitudes, importaciones que tendrán el carácter de no reembolsables y deberán cumplir el depósito previo que les corresponda.
