°. Convocatorias. Será deber del Presidente del Consejo, por intermedio de la Secretaría Técnica Permanente, hacer las convocatorias para las reuniones ordinarias o extraordinarias del organismo. Las reuniones ordinarias se convocarán al menos con dos semanas de antelación a la fecha convenida para su celebración y las extraordinarias al menos con cinco días de anterioridad.
