Si la escritura a la cual deba imponerse la nota de referencia no se hallare bajo la custodia del Notario ante quien se otorga la que produce la afectación, éste expedirá un certificado con destino al funcionario que guarda el original que deba ser anotado, con todos los datos necesarios.
