amends decreto 1264/94

Modificase el parágrafo primero del artículo 3º del Decreto 1264 de 1994, el cual quedará así:

"Parágrafo 1º. Para gozar de la exención no podrá transcurrir un plazo mayor de tres (3) años entre la fecha del establecimiento de la empresa y el momento en que empieza la fase productiva".
