El Director General de la Unidad Nacional de Protección, UNP, proveerá los empleos creados en el presente decreto, mediante la incorporación directa de los servidores del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS, necesarios para atender las funciones de la Unidad Nacional de Protección y cuya incorporación se haya ordenado en esta entidad. Los demás empleos de la planta de personal se proveerán de conformidad con las normas legales vigentes sobre la materia.
