Asistentes e invitados. La mesa directiva del Comité Asesor de la Región Administrativa y de Planificación podrá invitar a las personas naturales o jurídicas de derecho público o privado que considere pertinente para tratar los asuntos que vayan a ser debatidos en la respectiva sesión. A los invitados se les podrá hacer consultas y pedir conceptos escritos o verbales para el desarrollo de las funciones del Comité, los cuales no tendrán carácter vinculante. Tratándose de temas ambientales se debe evaluar si es necesario convocar a las autoridades ambientales pertinentes.
