Art. 4.° La mencionada Sección procederá inmediatamente á practicar la liquidación de lo que se deba á los pensionados, cualquiera que sea la vigencia á que el atraso se refiera como lo dispone el artículo 4.° de la referida Ley 93; y tanto las órdenes que se expidan por esta causa, como las que estén en circulación de la misma clase, es decir, por pensiones atrasadas, se admitirán en el primer remate ya citado.
