Sanción por consignación tardía. Las empresas de transporte público colectivo terrestre de pasajeros con radio de acción: metropolitano y/o urbano, deberán dar estricto cumplimiento al plazo establecido en la ley para realizar las consignaciones respectivas, y su incumplimiento acarreará multa de cien (100) salarios mínimos legales diarios vigentes, por cada día de mora en efectuar dicha consignación.
