° A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, la garantía bancaria. hipotecaria o prendaria a que se refiere el ordinal c) del Decreto número 1616 de 1956 deberá otorgarse por el término de un (1) año y un valor igual al monto de los arrendamientos correspondientes a dicho lapso, y los plazos fijados en los artículos 4°, 7° y 8° del mismo Decreto serán de diez (10) meses.
