Los Resguardos de las Aduanas están obligados a perseguir el contrabando a las rentas de licores destilados de los Departamentos. Con tal fin, los Administradores de Aduana y Jefes de Resguardo dictarán las providencias necesarias para la efectividad de esta disposición.
