DELITO DEL CENTINELA. El centinela que se duerma, se embriague, o se ponga bajo los efectos de sustancias estupefacientes, o falte a las consignas especiales que haya recibido, o se separe de su puesto, o se deje relevar por quien no sea su comandante o por quien autorizadamente haga sus veces, incurrirá en arresto de uno (1) a tres (3) años.
