ARTICULO 49 . SUPRESION DE LOS DISTRITOS DE OBRAS PUBLICAS.- Suprímense los Distritos de Obras Públicas como dependencias del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte. En consecuencia, los Distritos de Obras Públicas entrarán en proceso de liquidación mediante el procedimiento que establezca el Gobierno Nacional, de conformidad con los lineamientos contemplados en el artículo 66 del presente decreto, liquidación que se deberá efectuar en un término máximo de tres (3) años contados a partir de la vigencia del mismo.
