Las adquisiciones de bienes y servicios que requiera la Policía Nacional y que deban efectuarse por contrato escrito, se tramitará por la Dirección Administrativa y se perfeccionarán por conducto del Ministerio de Defensa o por el Fondo Rotatorio de la institución, con sujeción a las normas administrativas y fiscales.
