Préstamos del Inurbe. La Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar dispondrá además para incrementar sus recursos, de un préstamo mensual que el Inurbe le otorgará en cuantía igual al diez por ciento (10%) de las entradas que el Inurbe haya tenido en el mes anterior por auxilios o aportes del Estado. Estos préstamos devengarán un interés del tres por ciento (3%) anual y serán cubiertos en el plazo de veinte (20) años por el sistema de amortización gradual, según el artículo 14 del Decreto 3073 de 1968 y demás disposiciones vigentes sobre el particular.
