º . A la demanda se anexará: 1º. La prueba de la edad de los adoptantes y del adoptable; 2º. La prueba del matrimonio, cuando marido y mujer adopten conjuntamente; 3º. La declaración del abandono decretada por el Defensor de Menores en los casos del artículo 282; 4º. Certificación sobre vigencia de la licencia de funcionamiento de la institución donde se encuentre albergado el menor, expedida por el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar; 5º. Prueba de las condiciones físicas, mentales y sociales de que trata el artículo 269; 6º. Las demás pruebas que se estimen conducentes.
