La Caja de Sueldos del Retiro de Oficiales podrá prestar, debidamente garantizado, hasta el diez por ciento (10%), inicial que exige la Compañía Central de Construcciones, a los Oficiales retirados y a los Oficiales en servicio activo cuya antigüedad no sea inferior a quince años, con el fin de que puedan hacerse propietarios de casas o granjas agrícolas.
