Las operaciones de crédito interno del Distrito Especial de Bogotá se sujetarán al mismo trámite previsto para los departamentos. Corresponde al Concejo Distrital otorgar la autorización a que se refiere el artículo 3º. de la presente Ley y al alcalde mayor celebrar los contratos respectivos.
