º. En ningún caso las personas con cargos de dirección, administración o vigilancia en las entidades cooperativas podrán obtener para sí, o para las entidades que representan, préstamos u otros beneficios por fuera de las reglamentaciones generales establecidos para el común de los asociados, su pena de incurrir en la pérdida del cargo y sin perjuicio de las otras sanciones a que hubiere lugar.
