Licencias. El Ministerio de Defensa podrá conceder licencias, con justa causa, sin derecho a sueldo, a los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que así lo soliciten hasta por sesenta (60) días, en el año. Estas licencias podrán prorrogarse hasta por treinta (30) días más y en este caso, el tiempo total de la licencia no se computará par los efectos de la actividad militar ni para el cómputo de prestaciones sociales.
