Artículo primero . A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, créase el cargo de Ingeniero Interventor de las obras contratadas con la firma Isein Limitada, para la construcción de la carretera Borbur-Puerto Nare, con una asignación mensual de mil trescientos pesos ($ 1.300.00, suma que se cubrirá con cargo al Capítulo 134, artículo 2819 del Presupuesto de Gastos vigente.
