Es la responsable de definir los proyectos de inversión susceptibles de financiación con cargo al porcentaje de los recursos de la Asignación para la Inversión Local correspondiente a los Pueblos y Comunidades Indígenas. Esta instancia de decisión viabilizará, priorizará y aprobará los proyectos de inversión y designará la entidad ejecutora, en los términos señalados en la presente ley.
