ARTICULO 179. Adquisión de predios . La adquisición de los predios que requiera la ejecución de las obras del Plan Vial 1993-1995 se hará de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia. Las obras del plan vial sólo se podrán contratar cuando se disponga de por lo menos el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del área que será ocupada por la obra objeto de cada contrato.
