º. Cuando quiera que se hayan reconocido pensiones por parte de entidades del orden territorial a las cuales deban contribuir con cuotas partes de mesadas pensionales entidades del orden nacional obligadas a reajustar pensiones de conformidad con la Ley 445 de 1998, dicha pensión se reajustará en proporción a la cuota parte a cargo de la entidad nacional, de conformidad con el presente decreto y las instrucciones técnicas que imparta el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
