Art. 4° En los casos en que en los documentos de que trata el artículo anterior no se hubiere hecho especificaciones de monedas, los Recaudadores comprobarán el ingreso en monedas de cobre con las declaraciones de dos testigos abonados, las cuales se recibirán con intervención del Agente del Ministerio público del lugar en que ellas deben rendirse.
