En el caso del artículo que precede, si dentro de tercero día de terminado el incidente sobre avalúos se consignare el precio, el Juez dictará inmediatamente sentencia en que adjudique al demandado o demandados el derecho del demandante. Copia de esta sentencia servirá al demandado o demandados de título de propiedad.

Lo mismo se decretará si se presentare por las partes comprobante de plazo otorgado por el demandante, para el pago del precio.
