La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero que autorizada para aplicar en lo pertinente a las zonas que sean beneficiadas por las obras de riego a que se refiere la presente Ley, las disposiciones de la Ley 103 de 1958 . Sin embargo, el reembolso del costo total de dichas obras por los propietarios de tierras beneficiadas, se hará teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto por el artículo 3° de la presente Ley, y ese reembolso únicamente empezará a ser cobrado cuando dichas obras hayan quedado en funcionamiento.
