Art. 25. La cuenta de los derechos universitarios la formará el Tesorero cada año en el mes de diciembre, i de esos fondos se pagarán los honorarios de los empleados que hagan los exámenes de habilitacion i grados, i los gastos de material que se acusen en la espedicion de matriculas i diplomas i en los mismos exámenes.
