Lo dispuesto en este Capítulo no se aplica a los trabajadores ferroviarios que en cuanto a jubilación se regirán por el estatuto especial que posteriormente se dicte. Mientras tanto, continúan rigiendo las disposiciones vigentes en la actualidad. (Derogado por el Art. 289 de la Ley 100 de 1993)
