ARTICULO 31. División Control y Evaluación. Son funciones de la División Control y Evaluación

Evaluar la capacidad operativa, de Policía Judicial e Investigación y Administrativa, verificando que ésta se desarrolle dentro del marco de la Constitución, la ley y los reglamentos.

Desarrollar estudios que permitan conocer la problemática operativa, judicial y administrativa; proponer alternativas de solución.

Controlar el desarrollo de acciones, planes, programas y procedimientos de policía para reprimir el delito, ejerciendo las coordinaciones pertinentes.

Las demás que le determinen la ley los reglamentos.
