Art. 68. Si el individuo que se presentare a votar invirtiere intencionalmente en la operación más tiempo que el absolutamente indispensable, sufrirá una reconvención del Presidente del Jurado; y si esto no fuere bastante para que vote prontamente, se le rechazará, y no se le admitirá el voto en aquella elección.
