Falso parto. A ninguno de los que hayan tenido parte en el fraude de falso parto o de suplantación, aprovechará en manera alguna el descubrimiento del fraude, ni aun para ejercer sobre el hijo los derechos de patria potestad o para exijirle alimentos, o para suceder en sus bienes por causa de muerte.
