Excepciones al retiro por disminución de la capacidad psicofísica. No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional podrá mantener en servicio activo a aquellos agentes que por su trayectoria profesional lo merezcan y sus capacidades pueden ser aprovechadas en determinadas actividades, previo concepto favorable del Comité de Evaluación de Agentes.
