º Los pasaportes diplomáticos y oficiales se renovarán siempre y cuando se cumplan las condiciones establecidas en los artículos 2º y 5º de este Decreto. En el exterior podrán ser renovadas por los Jefes de las Misiones Diplomáticas, previa autorización de la Subsecretaría de Comunidades Colombianas en el Exterior y Asuntos Consulares del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
