Si por soborno o cohecho se ejecutare algún fraude, tanto el sobornante como el sobornado sufrirán reclusión por seis meses a un año, y suspensión de los derechos de ciudadanía por cuatro a ocho años, sin perjuicio de las penas que merezcan por el fraude cometido.
