FORO NACIONAL DE NOTARIADO Y REGISTRO. - El Foro Nacional de Notariado y Registro continuará como organismo asesor de la Superintendencia para examinar problemas del servicio, estimular el desarrollo del derecho notarial y de registro, promover la colaboración entre funcionarios de notariado y registro, buscar un mayor desarrollo profesional del notariado y de los registradores y recomendar medidas para mejorar los servicios de notariado y registro.

El Foro se reunirá por convocatoria del Superintendente, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que se expida.
